Where do you produce?

All our production is made locally in Barcelona and Portugal with top-quality, eco-friendly, vegan-certified yarns.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and Stripe payments. All transactions are encrypted through a secure SSL server.

Do I have to pay taxes or duties?

If you live outside the European Economic Community (EEC), you may be responsible for customs charges in your country. These fees are separate from shipping costs.

I didn’t receive my order. Where is it?

Shipments can take longer during holidays or customs delays. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours (weekdays). You’ll receive a tracking number via email once processed.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs depend on your location. Orders are shipped within 24 hours, 5 days a week.

Where is my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be sent automatically via email once your order is processed. You can also check the order status in your account or at https://www.americansocks.com/pages/track-your-order.

What if I’m not home when delivery arrives?

If you are not home, the courier will leave a card to arrange re-delivery or collection. Unclaimed parcels are returned to us, and we’ll contact you once received.

Can I amend my delivery address?

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately with your order number. If your order has already shipped, we can’t modify the address.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be new and in original packaging. For faulty or incorrect items, email orders@americansocks.com with details and images.
