Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states and to every Canadian province and territory. All orders ship from our warehouse in Orlando, Florida.

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping costs and the available shipping methods are calculated at checkout based on your address. Delivery times depend on the method you choose and your location, and may vary during holidays or peak season.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status in your account.

Canada: duties and taxes
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to duties and taxes (GST, HST or PST) collected by Canadian customs. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.

Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us at orders@americansocks.com as soon as possible. Once your order has left our warehouse, we can no longer change the shipping details.

Undeliverable or returned packages
If a package is returned to us because the address is incomplete or the package was refused or not picked up, we will contact you by email once it arrives back at our warehouse.
