For best results, machine wash cold to keep colors bright, wash with similar colors and do not use bleach. Skip the dryer if you can: air drying keeps quality fibers in top shape.

USA: All orders ship from our warehouse in Orlando, FL, so there are no import duties. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Canada: Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to duties and taxes (GST, HST or PST) collected by Canadian customs. These fees are separate from shipping costs.

We ship to all 50 US states and to every Canadian province and territory, straight from our warehouse in Orlando, Florida. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How it works:

You’ll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Lost it? You can check your order status on your account page. Already have your tracking number and want to know where your socks are?

If the carrier tries to deliver while you’re out, they’ll usually leave a notice explaining how to reschedule or pick up your package. Check with your local post office or carrier to see if they’re holding it.

If your package isn’t picked up, it will be returned to us and we’ll reach out by email once it arrives. You may need a photo ID to pick up your order at a carrier location.

If you made a mistake with your address, contact us right away so we can try to fix it. Include your order number to speed things up.

Once your order has left our Orlando warehouse, we can no longer change the shipping details and a new shipping charge will apply.

If your order can’t be delivered because the address is incomplete or the package is refused, we’ll contact you as soon as it’s returned to us.

FAULTY PRODUCT: Before returning a faulty product, email our customer service team at orders@americansocks.com with photos and details so we can sort it out as quickly as possible.

WRONG ITEM: Got the wrong item? We’re sorry! Email us as soon as possible with your full order details and we’ll make it right.

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unworn, in new condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are non refundable unless your order is faulty or incorrect.
